This collection is not for sale.
It exists as a living reference — a visual inheritance that informs the design language, proportions, motifs, and soul of Château Sona.

Historical Legacy

The Bais Rajput Dynasty: A Journey Through Time

The Bais Rajput dynasty is an ancient Suryavanshi clan, tracing its lineage to Lakshmana, brother of Lord Rama, and to Raja Salivahana, the legendary ruler who triumphed over Vikramaditya in 55 AD.

Originating in the Deccan at Mangi Patan, the clan migrated northwards in the 13th century, establishing its stronghold in Oudh, particularly the Baiswara region of present-day Uttar Pradesh. Revered as “Bhale Sultan” — Lords of the Spear, the Bais Rajputs were renowned warriors and influential zamindars, exercising dominion across Unnao and Raebareli.

Deeply rooted in tradition, they were devoted worshippers of Shiva, Surya, and Durga, guided by distinct cultural codes, including a historic reverence for the cobra. The clan evolved into 360 subdivisions, among them the notable Tilokchandi branch, preserving a legacy defined by courage, land stewardship, and ancestral continuity.

Each piece is a testament to a lineage of beauty, craftsmanship, and imperishable design

Our contemporary creations are born from these roots, reinterpreted with restraint, precision, and modern sensibility, carrying history forward without replicating it.
